"As parents, we dreamed of finding a school for our son where his uniqueness would be valued. We thought we had run out of options. The child we brought to the Academic Immersion Program a few months ago was worried, confused, unhappy, unmotivated, and felt unsuccessful at school. He has been transformed into a young man who is bright, confident, successful and, most of all, is at peace with himself. He is in a place where his interests and talents are explored and utilized. He is now at a school that he is excited to attend, with warm and nurturing teachers, and has made new friends." -Parents
"The decision to send our daughter to the Academic Immersion Program has been life-changing with the only regret being we did not find the program sooner. The Academic Immersion Program is a nurturing environment with strong academics and structure. The small class size has made a tremendous impact on my daughter's success in school. When assessing private schools for our daughter, we knew that St. Paul Lutheran School and the Academic Immersion Program stood out as ‘the one’ that would make the biggest difference and allow her to blossom."
“While I can talk about how wonderful the Academic Immersion Program (AIP) is for hours, I’ll give you the top reasons why I love AIP: (1) my son has friends, he can tell me their names and that he wants to see them, (2) my son’s stress level has been dramatically reduced positively affecting not only his ability to learn and participate in class, but also his demeanor and behavior which have changed for the better, and (3) I have virtually lost my “job” of keeping up with school staff, IEP meetings & implementation, etc. which means my stress level has been reduced. So not only has my son’s school life improved, but AIP has made a huge positive impact on our family life as well. “ -Parent
"We chose the Academic Immersion Program because it would deliver more than the mainstream classroom was at our local public school. The results have been all that we had hoped for and more. After only 6 weeks in the program pursuing a learning style that matches our child’s, his reading improved by a full grade level and later our child asked to learn multiplication! In eliminating social anxieties, new friendships have blossomed. Our child comes home eager to share all that has been learned. Unlike many of the programs we considered, the Academic Immersion Program and its teachers are all about the children. And of course it never hurts to hear the words, "Mom, school was great today." -Parents
